When the Malenchini family bought Medici Villa in 1836, one of their first decisions was to plant vineyards and olive trees in the surrounding estate. Now you can enjoy this legacy of four generations of passion and care, in our lovingly crafted wines and olive oil.

Within sight of Florence’s Duomo, the Malenchini family created a renowned wine and olive oil estate. Along with planting the vines and olive trees, the family transformed part of the villa into a Vinification Hall and Ageing Cellar, where our deliciously tempting and memorable wines are nurtured.

The carefully tended organic soils of the estate now support 18 hectares of vineyards and 42 hectares of olive trees. From the several varieties of grapes and olives we grow, we combine the finest to create our renowned Chianti wines and multi award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
