Our production is time-honoured and traditional, in a process we control from grape to bottle. We harvest our grapes by hand, age each wine in separate wood barrels, and bottle them here on our estate. You can taste our passion in every sip!

FRESH, FLOWERY AND FRUITY
Our Chianti is a blend of sangiovese and merlot grapes produced in new vineyards. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. It is a well structured and balanced wine. A good acidity gives the wine a persistent freshness and brightness.

INTENSE, HARMONIC AND TERROIR
Chianti Colli Fiorentini is a blend of sangiovese and canaiolo grapes. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It is aged in medium size oak barrels for eight months. Its flavour is persistent, ample and rich in intense perfumes. Very evident the fruity aromas.

ANCIENT, LOCAL AND FRESH
Canaiolo is a typical and ancient Tuscan grape variety that best showcases the taste of our local terrain. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks while the aging in medium size oak barrels. Ruby red in color with notes of red fruits for a fruity yet harmonious flavor.

POWERFUL, SELECTED AND FULL OF ENERGY
Sangiovese grapes are harvested from the best vineyards. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. It is aged in medium size oak barrels. Intense ruby red in color with purple reflections and a fruity flavor with notes of violet.

ELEGANT, FULL-BODIED AND WITH CHARACTER
This wine is produced in 20 year old vineyards and is a blend of sangiovese and cabernet sauvignon grapes. The fermentation of the grapes takes place separately. Sangiovese is aged in new oak barrels for about twelve months while cabernet sauvignon is aged in barriques.

PERSISTENT, SPICY AND HARMONIC
This excellent wine derives from the selection of the best sangiovese grapes. It is aged to perfection in large slavonian-oak barrels for long periods. The wine has a deep and intense red color with notes of spices and tobacco.

Produced with malvasia grapes which are left to dry on straw racks for three months before being pressed. Aged in “caratelli” for 3 years. Pairs perfectly with “biscotti di Prato” or gorgonzola cheese.
